DAY 1 -LEARN
Lunch Included

Over 2.5 days you will learn how to solve real world e-commerce growth problems, then build and pitch your own brand.


We will test what really matters; creative thinking, financial acumen, consumer psychology, teamwork and presentation skills.

Growth Masterclass

A crash course on how brands grow: the right lever, sharp unit economics, and positioning that sells.
Lunch break
12:45 – 13:30
A break to recharge before the building work begins.
Hackathon Kickoff
13:30 – 14:30
Teams get the brief, form up, and lock in a product category.
Strategy Build Blocks
14:30 – 17:45
Teams map the opportunity, then build brand positioning and a commercial model.
Day 1 Checkpoint

Each team shares category, customer, positioning, business model, and open unknowns.
DAY 2 - BUILD
Lunch Included

Day 2 is focused on building the final launch plan. Teams work through each part of the pitch: supply chain, growth strategy, creative strategy, brand positioning and launch plan.

Recap the brief, then map sourcing, fulfilment, and the ops behind going live.
Growth Sprint
11:15 – 12:15
Teams tighten the model: pricing, margin, CPA, CAC, LTV, and payback period.
Lunch break
12:15 – 13:00
A break to recharge before the creative and brand work.
Creative Sprint
13:00 – 15:00
Teams build the first ads and sharpen the brand's name, promise, and positioning.
Launch Sprint
15:00 – 16:15
Teams map the first 30, 60, and 90 days from pre-launch to acquisition.
Final Build

Teams present their draft, get challenged, then polish the final pitch.
DAY 3 - PRESENT

Teams pitch their brand and defend their commercial thinking. The final morning is focused on clarity, judgement and performance under pressure.

CAREERS AT ELENIAK

Growth Strategist
At any given time, the problem could be the offer, pricing, margin, product mix, website, conversion rate, ad performance, creative, retention, stock, cash, customer insight or competitor pressure.
This is a numbers, data, tech, finance and strategy-driven role. 



The job is to work out what is holding growth back, build the plan to fix it, and get that plan executed.

Brand Operator
At any given time, the issue could be stock, suppliers, fulfilment, customer experience, product launches, website updates, reporting, team coordination, process gaps, missed deadlines, inventory levels, supplier delays or operational drag. This is an execution, systems, people and detail-driven role.

The job is to work out what needs to happen, organise the people and process around it, and make sure the work actually gets done.
