Research & Consumer Insight
Use AI-assisted research tools to analyse competitor ads, market positioning and audience behaviour. Identify patterns and opportunities that inform new creative concepts.
Sequential Creative Testing
Develop structured ad concepts and messaging frameworks based on customer psychology, awareness stage and market sophistication. Translate these into clear testing plans each sprint to identify, iterate and scale winning ads.
Ad Scripting & Concept Development
Turn creative concepts into high-converting ads across a range of formats and funnel stages. Strong hooks, clear messaging and clear calls to action are essential.
Creative Production
Work with content creators, editors and production teams to turn concepts into finished ads ready for launch. Provide clear briefs, direction and feedback to ensure the final creative matches the strategy and meets a high performance standard.
Performance Analysis
Analyse creative performance beyond surface metrics, including attribution models, cohort behaviour and cross-channel impact. Use these insights to understand what is actually driving revenue and guide the next round of testing.

AI is integrated into every step of our workflow across research, ideation, production and analysis. We actively adopt new tools and are building proprietary internal systems to improve testing velocity and learning loops.
You won’t be replaced by AI here. You’ll be expected to use it as leverage.
What we’re looking for
We care about ability, not years of experience.
You might currently be a creative strategist, copywriter, video editor, content creator or media buyer. If you understand how to create ads that convert, you’ll fit well here.
You should have:
A strong understanding of Meta and/or TikTok creative dynamics
Experience scripting, briefing or producing ads designed for paid social
A clear grasp of persuasion, positioning and buyer psychology
The ability to interpret performance data and learn from testing
A high ownership mindset and low ego
Nice to Have:
Experience running paid campaigns yourself (media buying)
Experience in a high-volume creative testing environment
Familiarity with sprint-based or rapid testing workflows

Successful candidates will then be invited to a Screening Interview. Shortlisted candidates will complete a Paid Challenge designed to simulate real work.
We pay candidates for this challenge because strong operators shouldn’t have to work for free. It also gives both sides a chance to see how we work together before committing to the role.
